Belly Dance Class Summer Session
This 4-week Summer session will feature a grab-bag of fun beginner-friendly belly dance lessons, with each night devoted to a specific topic/theme.
Students can expect to learn a variety of belly dance technique, movement vocabulary, stylizations, and musical context. We will focus on developing posture, muscle isolations, musicality, and more, in a supportive and inclusive class environment (all ages, shapes, gender identities, and abilities are most welcome)! No experience is required.
Belly dance is a low impact dance form that will help strengthen your core muscles and train your balance as well as coordination. Come to class and find joy in moving to the music of the world!
Note: Class cards can be exchanged but not refunded, so please purchase thoughtfully. Class card credit does not expire, and can be used for any of my weekly class offerings in the future!
